Product details
Fermentation is carried out in granite vats with mechanical treading. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was transferred to oak barrels, where it aged for about twelve months. Bottling took place in July 2011, after light fining and filtration. It has been stabilized by the natural cold of two winters and can therefore form a thin precipitate.

Tasting Notes:
The color is a little more intense than typical Red Dog. The aroma is exuberant, even a little extravagant, with intense notes of bergamot that are not at all normal in wines of this variety. In the mouth it combines the typical and powerful tannins of the variety with a surprising harmony, making the wine seductive even without the perceptible presence of wood notes.

It is a very gastronomic wine, which will perfectly accompany strong cod or red meat dishes.
