Winemaking:
Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks after the grapes have undergone a light low-pressure pressing. The aging process is also carried out in stainless steel, before undergoing a second fermentation in the bottle. This is followed by a second stage in the bottle, for a period of 4 years, where the disgorgement process finally takes place before the release onto the market.

Tasting Notes:
Beautiful color, demonstrating youth, and which impresses even Champagne aficionados. Fresh and aromatic, with fruity and very elegant notes, which give it intensity and character. Tasty and delicate, it presents surprising notes of brioche, which give it a unique profile for a Douro sparkling wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8ºC to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an aperitif for social gatherings or to accompany fish, seafood or pasta dishes.
