During aging in wood, the ruby colour turns brown and the wine gains dry fruits (almond, fig, nuts) and spicy aromas from the oak. Powerful, purity and clear, maturity and finesse aromas. Has a wonderful chocolate and dried fruits flavour; exotic resins. A good length in the mouth, a long aftertaste. Overall, complex, harmonious and fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 20 to 24 weeks. Food Pairing:
It is ideal as a digestive. This delicious wine blends harmoniously with dried fruit and chocolate desserts and perfectly accompanies a cigar, given its typical aromas of wood from his long stage.
