Tasting Notes:
It has a beautiful colour, not particularly concentrated. Very deep and complex in the aroma, rockrose and bush, moist soil, pink pepper, light balsamic. Perfect texture, with pure silk tannins, enormous elegance and fineness. It has an impressive freshness in the mouth and a rich and sophisticated finish, with class.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be kept in a cool and shady place. Perfect serve 16º C.
Food Pairing:
Pair with game dishes or smooth cheeses at 15-16ºC.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
