Product details
The harvest proceeded gradually, despite variations in ripeness between the different parcels. After harvest, the grapes were transported to the winery in 18 kg boxes, thus preserving their integrity and quality. The different harvested parcels were vinified separately, where the grapes passed through a sorting conveyor belt, subsequently undergoing destemming and crushing, and then moved by gravity to stainless steel fermentation tanks. Pre-fermentation maceration was carried out at low temperatures, varying from 24 to 48 hours depending on the variety, followed by alcoholic fermentation at temperatures between 25 and 27°C. After the alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in stainless steel tanks were completed, 30% of the wine was racked into 225 L oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Medium-intensity ruby colour. The aroma features notes of fresh fruit, with a predominance of red and black fruits, revealing the wine's youthful character. The aromatic complexity is enriched by delicate spicy notes from the portion of the blend that aged in barrels. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with polished tannins that contribute to good structure and volume, a result of the combination of the purity of the fruit preserved in stainless steel and the elegance of the wood.
