Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz
Tasting Notes:
Deep purple in colour with plenty of black fruit on the nose and hints of raspberries and ripe plums. The palate is full-bodied, with ripe, smooth tannins, juicy black fruit flavours and a long, succulent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at 16°C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with game, cod and Mediterranean cuisine.
