After a careful vinification with controlled temperature and maceration, 40% of the wine was matured in French oak barrels for a period of 18 months and a small parcel aged in stainless steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
This wine, produced with the noblest Douro grapes, has a deep red colour and reveals ripe red fruit aromas and fine scents to wood. Long and elegant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be enjoyed with your favourite red meat or Cheeses and can cellaring for up to 10 years.
