The technology is minimalist, using granite presses with foot treading, where the temperature is around 26oC. After malolactic fermentation, part of the batch was transferred to French oak barrels, where it aged for approximately 14 months.

Elegant violet in colour. On the nose it displays excellent aromatic freshness, intensity and aromas of Douro wild berries, in perfect harmony with soft notes of spice and minerality. On the palate it opens with volume, fresh tannins of fine texture confirming a wine with enormous structure, elegance and ageing potential. It ends in an enveloping manner with a long and persistent finish, fully reflecting the essence of the microterroir and typicality of the grape variety. A truly exceptional wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It is an ideal wine for lamprey, rice with blood and stewed meats.
