Appellation:
Once harvested, the olives undergo a natural curing process in tanks designed for the purpose. It is then subjected to a manual sorting process, in which the green and black olives are separated. After this process, the olives are mechanically pitted and then packaged in olive oil, garlic and other seasonings, giving rise to the final product. The olives used in this product are of the ‘Negrinha de Freixo’ variety. It is a product intended for direct consumption as it is. It does not contain any additives or preservatives. The ARRIBAS DO DOURO® extra virgin olive oil in which the olives are submerged acts as a seasoning, but also as a natural preservative, along with the garlic and other seasonings used. Ingredients: 100% Negrinha de Freixo green olives, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, oregano, bay leaves.

Storage:
Being a natural product it can present haze and some residue or solidify at low temperature, store in a cool dark place. After opening keep refrigerated.

Product suitable for direct consumption as a starter or as an accompaniment to a meal.
