Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Inky dark purple colour and hue. Sweet and intense Port-like nose with violet, cassis, blackberry and sweet spice notes. The palate is very dense and structured, fine extract and ripe tannin with a healthy acidity underneath, floral dark fruit flavours, crème de cassis with mild spices and a long lingering finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature from 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good with beef, pasta, lamb.
