In stainless steel vats with gentle maceration by pumping over, we try to extract the colour and aromatic components in a balanced way, adapting the extraction of tannins to the final profile of the wine. Fermentation at a lower temperature (22-24°C) allows us to obtain an aromatic, appealing wine that is always easy to drink. Aging in stainless steel vats and used 400 liter French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of red fruits — where notes of cherry and a touch of strawberry stand out — go hand in hand with a floral component that suggests rockrose and forest floor (caruma). In the mouth it is simultaneously full-bodied and velvety, revealing flavours of black plum and a slight hint of pepper. The well-honed structure combines round tannins with marked freshness, highlighted by acidity that provides clarity and balance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Ready for drinking now although will benefit from some further bottle ageing.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
