The wine ages in stainless steel vats for 18 months, during which time the wine is subjected to regular tastings.

Tasting Notes:
Beautiful, intense garnet color. Lively, mature aroma with notes of violets and rosemary. Soft on the palate, it reveals the concentration of the fruit with an elegant structure. The notes of rosemary emerge in a pronounced finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottles should be stored lying down, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place. This wine should be consumed at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with dishes containing red meat, game, smoked meats, mushrooms and cured cheeses.
