The Terroir is perfect - it is the site with any winemaker dreams to make a great wine. Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby with violet tones. Predominant notes of fruits of the forest and macerated prune. Floral and stage of toast in oak nuances, and some fresh red fruit. Complex, well structured, harmonious and elegant. Notes of black fruits, vanilla and violets. Long and very persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
