Winemaking:
Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Very bright red color with a touch of ruby. The aroma is relatively complex, highlighting the red fruits, volume in the mouth, lively and very well integrated acidity, present but elegant tannins. Its finish is long and elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Dark and cool place (12º C to 14º C), in a horizontal position with minimal vibration. Serve at a temperature of 16º C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with all meat, game and cheese dishes.
