Tasting Notes:
Ruby coloured wine, of great complexity, with delicate and defined aromas of black fruit, mint, eucalyptus, with marked minerality, typical of the Silveira terroir and the long aging in new French oak barrels. Elegant and soft mouth, with well-matched tannins, in an elegant and balanced set.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent to accompany with dishes based on grilled red meat or with sauces, game of fur or feathers and well-structured cheeses.
