Truly reflecting its terroir, this small Poeira edition is an “unaligned” or out-of-the-box wine, a more irreverent version of Touriga Nacional with whole-bunch grape vinification in a cement ball with the aim of giving a different interpretation to the variety.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
