Manual harvest. Vinification with total destemming and crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of up to 26oC. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged for 12 months in new 225-litre French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
With an intense purple colour, this red Douro wine is a Grand Reserve made with grapes from Quinta do Arnozelo. With a layered aroma, it unfolds in successive waves of ripe black fruit, floral notes and spices. It seduces with its complexity and voluptuousness, acidity and deep solid structure.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
