Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tinta Amarela,Touriga Nacional,Sousão
Tasting Notes:
Very nice vegetable note in the aroma, hints of blackberries and ripe plums. Serious and austere, while being elegant, with solid tannins and good acidity to give vigour and persistence at the end.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany spicy dishes and game meats.
