Winemaking:
After careful selection of the grapes, the winemaking process took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. 10% of the batch aged in used Port wine barrels. The wines were stabilized and filtered before bottling in Gaia.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Ready to drink, but with aging potential. Excellent accompaniment to roast meat, game and cheese dishes. We suggest the perfect combination with the typical roast veal with rosemary or bay leaves.
