Complete destemming and prolonged but gentle skin maceration. Fermented in a mechanical press at 26ºC for 10 days. Aged for 16 months in new 500-litre French oak barrels. With all the balance to be enjoyed young, it will evolve very well in the bottle for at least 10 years.

Tasting Notes:
Intense red colour, very characteristic of the variety. Deep and rich aroma, with hints of wild berries, forest, field herbs, various spices, light barrel smoke. Full of juicy fruit, with a full body surrounding solid tannins and excellent acidity, providing plenty of freshness and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Pairs well with regional cuisine, with ideal acidity to handle fatty or well-seasoned meats, such as pork or goat.
