Grapes harvested by hand, into 25kg boxes, at their ideal ripening point, with the aim of showing vigorous ripeness, leading to greater aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations.

Tasting Notes:
Opaque ruby color, intense and complex aroma, with evidence of ripe black fruits and notes of wood, vanilla and spices. In the mouth it is intense, soft, dense, with quality tannins and well-integrated wood. Balanced acidity, the presence of fruit aromas makes the wine elegant, extremely long and sweet.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a moderate temperature from 14 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with meat and strong cheeses.
