Total destemming, manual selection of grapes and later “bago a bago” by an optical sorting machine. Fermentation was done in a "lagar", with pre-fermentative maceration and temperature control. 12 months of partial aging in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Bright and open ruby colour. Very expressive and fruity on the nose, reminiscent of fruit candy, which lasts during the tasting. On the palate there are fresh vegetable notes, elegantly wrapped with silky tannins. Full of character.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Although very versatile in terms of gastronomy, it goes particularly well with traditional Portuguese cuisine.
