Winemaking:
After manual harvesting and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes were trodden in granite presses where they fermented for about 10 days. Aged for 6 months in barrels (80% used, 20% new).

Tasting Notes:
This wine has a red fruit aroma with a slight hint of oak. On the palate, it's structured, gastronomic, and long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16°C. Can be consumed immediately or within the next 10 years, as long as it is stored flat in a cool, dry place, away from light and without temperature fluctuations.

Red meats, grilled.
