This Muscat was the result of a careful selection of grapes, at their optimum point of maturation, where the acid / sweet balance that gives the Setúbal Muscat distinct characteristics is sought. After a short fermentation, interrupted by the addition of selected and certified wine distillate, it remains in skin contact until March. It was subsequently pressed, evolving for a total of 18 months until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Topaz colour. Intense aroma of the grape variety with floral, spices, raisins and walnuts notes. Round, very soft and fresh in the mouth. Long and fresh aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve it at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good as an aperitif or with a dessert.
