Winemaking:
Made from handpicked grapes grown in the Alto Alentejo. After 3 days in contact with the grape skins the juice was transferred to tank and barrels new and 1 use (40%). After a prolonged and cold natural fermentation the wine was kept with its yeast lees 11 months.

Viognier,Síria,Arinto,Verdelho
Tasting Notes:
Colour light straw with green edge. Aroma Intense notes of ripe apricot and pink grapefruit. Palate Mineral flavours with white peach and apricot skin. Mouth filling richness resulting from prolonged barrel aging and contact with lees. Will grow immensely with bottle age.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
