Product details

Winemaking:
Part of the blend aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, with periodic battonage during the ageing period.

Grape Varieties:
Gouveio,Viognier,Arinto

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour. Aroma of ripe tropical fruit and minerals. The palate is fresh and vibrant. Harmonious, with good volume and a long end of mouth.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with a plate of fish and grilled white meats.
