Harvest for boxes of 20 kgs at the optimum point of maturation of the grapes. Rigorous selection and choice of bunches and berries held in the vineyard and at the winery, on 100% of the grapes. Fermentation in wineries with pre-fermentative cold maceration.

Tasting Notes:
citrus colour, aromas of stone fruit with notes of lemon. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
