Tasting Notes:
Straw colour with hints of citrus. Fresh and intense aroma of tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit. High acidity, well integrated by the greasiness, coconut and vanilla notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position. Perfect serve at 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Spicy delicatessen, oven-roasted fish, stewed red meats and also medium structure cheeses.
