Product details

Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Aged for 4 months in French oak half barrels and American.

Chardonnay

Tasting Notes:
Golden colour with greenish tinges, lemony aromas with hints of melon and tropical fruit, light toasted notes and some mineral. Intense and ample flavours of ripe yellow fruit, velvety and round texture, very pleasant buttery notes, vibrant acidity inducing a fresh and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10/12°C.

Food Pairing:
Perfectly accompanies stew and fish broths. Baked cod dishes and fish browned in butter also pair well with this wine.
