Product details

Winemaking:
Sauvignon Blanc produced with grapes from two vineyards, one planted in 1999 and the other in 2018, both on sandy, poor, well-drained soils. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Aged for four months in stainless steel, with weekly bâtonnage.
