Product details

Winemaking:
The harvest was carried out manually in mid-August into 20kg boxes, with the grapes being completely destemmed and then gently pressed. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, at controlled temperature. The wine aged for 12 months in 500l second-use French oak barrels, and was aged in the bottle for 6 months.
