Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes, coming from an old vineyard, are harvested by hand and the entire bunches are pressed using a pneumatic press. After 24 hours of decantation, the must ferments at 20ºC in 500L French oak barrels. Once fermentation is complete, the wine ages for 10 months in barrels with weekly bâtonnage for 2 months.
