Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting. Destemming, crushing and pressing with maximum oxygen protection. Decantation in vat - 8 ° C - 10 ° C for 48 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature between 12ºC - 14ºC for 20 days. Stage in stainless steel. 20% of the lot was fermented and aged in French oak barrels (second and third use).
