Chardonnay da Alice by Ninfa White 2023

Tejo
Alice is my third grandchild. A child full of energy, with a strong, rollercoaster-like temper and who gives hugs full of pampering and affection. That's what her vineyard is like, Alice's Vineyard, on an up-and-down plot of land where I planted Chardonnay because it's a ‘bad tempered’ variety that produces great wines if they are made with attention and dedication, just like our Alice.

Chardonnay

Tasting Notes:
Alice is my third grandchild. A child full of energy, with a strong, rollercoaster-like temper and who gives hugs full of pampering and affection. That's what her vineyard is like, Alice's Vineyard, on an up-and-down plot of land where I planted Chardonnay because it's a ‘bad tempered’ variety that produces great wines if they are made with attention and dedication, just like our Alice.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

Food Pairing:
A good pair for soups and fish stew, fatty fish gratin and stewed meat and mushrooms. Comes out as a very pleasant surprise to accompany pasta with tomato sauce (its acidity is well absorbed by the acidity of the wine), as well as with nuts (served as appetizer or included in the dish).

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
