Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature followed by aging on fine lees. Part of the batch was aged in used barrels.

Alvarinho,Moscatel Graúdo,Arinto

Tasting Notes:
Light yellow color. Mineral aroma with a slight smokiness. Fresh palate, with lime and notes of tropical fruits. Excellent depth and persistence.

Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal serving temperature between 11ºC and 13ºC.

Food Pairing:
Drink as an aperitif or with grilled fish, white meat, green salads or seafood. Perfect with oysters or tapas.
