Tasting Notes:
Very complex nose with fresh fruits and wild herbs, combined with spices and exotic woods. In the mouth it is rich but has a certain austerity that gives it seriousness and character. This 2014 is in a great moment of evolution, it already has the complexity and balance given by age but still maintains the vigor of youth.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Contains sulphites.
