Product details
After the manual harvest, the grapes are transported in 18kg boxes so as not to damage the integrity of the bunch. Once in the winery, the boxes are unloaded onto a sorting conveyor belt for the first sorting of the grapes. This is followed by destemming, sorting the grapes and crushing them, which are then transported by gravity to wooden and stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place for approximately 10 days at temperatures of around 25ºC, where the different components are then aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
