Grapes are harvested manually and transported in 30 Kg trays. Temperature controlled fermentation with extended maceration. Ageing in stainless steel vats until bottling date.

Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour. Bright flavours of ripe cherry fruit. Full-bodied, aromatic and elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 18ºC/64ºF.
Food Pairing:
Ideally suited to grilled meats, game and mild to medium cheeses.
