All the grapes were crushed by foot and with robotic plungers in the farm's mills. This method allows you to extract the full potential of the grapes. This reserve ruby ages for thirty months in beautiful oak barrels and stainless steel vats, allowing slight oxidation while maintaining the wine's fresh and fruity qualities. 70% aged in barrels and 30% in stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:
Dark purple and black color with a light garnet rim. Young and rich aroma, dominated by wild and blackberry aromas. Very fresh with some notes of rockrose, mint and eucalyptus. Soft tannins on the palate combined with intense notes of blackberry and a freshness of peppermint. It is long and has very balanced acidity. A remarkable wine that reveals the characteristics of the Quinta da Romaneira terroir.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store bottles on their side in a cool place (12ºC to 14ºC) away from direct light. Serve at 17-18ºC. Drink when released.
Food Pairing:
Serve with blue cheese, mature cheddar, nuts and chocolate desserts.
