This wine is obtained by blending different harvests, initially aged in oak vats and subsequently blended after 2 to 3 years. It is bottled young in order to preserve its strong and lively personality.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, with complex aromas of ripe fruit. A full bodied and rich port with good structure.
Store and Serve Advices:
Bottle should be in the upright position, at a constant temperature and away from intense direct light. After opening, consume preferably in 18 to 20 weeks. Port wine is a natural wine, so it may form some natural sediment with time. Pour it carefully, so it does not become cloudy. Should be served at a temperature between 10º and 12º C.
Food Pairing:
To be served chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts.
