Fermentation with partial destemming, 100% in mill. Fermentation stop with 77% organic wine spirit. Stage in old barrel with more than 100 years.

Touriga Franca,Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, with aromas of ripe fruit. Very balanced, good structure, full-bodied. Harmonious and persistent aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
The bottle should be kept protected from light and humidity, at a constant temperature. It is ready for drinking and does not require decanting. Serve between 16ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
It pairs well with soft cheeses, chocolate desserts and fruit pies.
