Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes, sourced from our organically produced farms, are crushed in a wine press and fermented with 100% stems for around two days, at which point brandy is added to finish the fermentation. Obtained by blending wines from two or three vintage quality harvests and bottled after 3 years of ageing in vats. As the name suggests, after a few years in the bottle a deposit (crust) forms on the wall of the bottle.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Barroca,Tinto Cão
