Product details
After the grapes are received and their quality control is carried out, they are disengaged and crushed. The crushed grapes are then placed in the fermentation vats, remaining under maceration for a few days at controlled temperature, to extract the best constituents of the films to the maximum. In the ideal moment the fermentation is interrupted with the addition of wine spirit resulting in a naturally sweet wine. The wines then go through a period of aging and after the first clean passages are stored in oak vats where they remain for at least two years.
