Product details

Winemaking:
Fermentation in a small capacity stainless steel vats at a temperature of 26ºC, after total destemming. Part of the batch aged in 225 liter French and American oak barrels for 6 months and in bottle for 3 months.

Grape Varieties:
Cabernet Sauvignon,Touriga Nacional,Aragonêz,Castelão

Ruby violet colour. Ripe aromas of wild berries and some floral notes. The mouth structure is very unctuous, round and balanced with ripe and good quality tannins to complete the aftertaste.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16 - 18°C. Keep the bottle in horizontal position.

Food Pairing:
Good company for soft cheeses, pork with clams and duck dishes.
