Product details
The grapes, after maceration at low temperature (10/12ºC), ferment in stainless steel vats. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages on fine lees for a period of 6 months, until bottling.

Aroma with notes of ripe fruit, where ripe plums and pepper stand out. A note of spice and mint complete the set. Soft, balanced, with a structure full of elegance. Prolonged and challenging finish.

It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
