Winemaking:
Vinified in small open vats, with manual treading. Aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Highly concentrated violet colour. On the palate it presents an extraordinary complexity, with light hints of dark chocolate that accompany a long and persistent finish. Its exuberant aromas with warm notes of forest fruits perfectly integrated with toasted almonds, revealing the ageing in barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
