After manual harvesting and a careful selection of bunches, the de-stemmed grapes fermented at a controlled temperature in a 5000 L French oak vats. The wine then aged for another 18 months in the same vats. After bottling, it rested in the bottle until its release.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colored wine, opened. The nose is fresh and complex, suggesting dehydrated red fruit, bush and orange, wrapped in a light balsamic. The mouth is not heavy, it shows structure, docile and refined tannin, good acidity with the fruit once again making its presence felt and leading us to a tempting finish, delicate and full of finesse. An Alentejo interpretation of Baga, which awakens all the senses.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
A red from Alentejo, delicate and versatile. Excellent company to pair with Italian dishes (pesto sauce, tomato and basil, strong cheeses), sautéed mushrooms (earth, forest), braised poultry meat dishes and dishes with marked spices.
