Winemaking:
Fermentation in stainless steel mill, at controlled temperature, after pre-fermentative maceration. Stage in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

Grape Varieties:
Aragonêz,Cabernet Sauvignon,Alicante Bouschet,Syrah

Tasting Notes:
Aroma with notes of red fruits and spices. In the mouth it is silky and elegant, smooth and balanced.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Goes well with red meat dishes, as well as soft cheeses.
