Winemaking:
Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Sousão,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, rich and very balanced nose, with notes of fruit, juniper, chocolate, very fine and complex. Seductive mouth with velvety tannins, scoring points with broad body, structure and elegance. Long ending.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to pair with roasted or grilled meats, cheeses, among many other delicacies of intense flavours and textures.
