Produced from de the Syrah and Touriga Nacional, grapes grown in well-drained slope clay soils. Fermentation occurred in small stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18ºC during 12 days after cold skin maceration.

Tasting Notes:
When tasted one finds distinct aromas with a predominance of red fruits and berries, which balance well in the mouth. A good acidity and freshness integrate perfectly in the structure of the wine.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 8 to 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with fresh summer dishes, sushi, sashimi and white meat dishes.
